What will our time together look like?

Our first session is a free 20 minute meet and greet, to ensure we are a good fit for one another.

Before Our Sessions Begin

  • We will review a fully encompassing health diagnostic check
  • You will complete a health assessment tool, where we can identify aspects of your health that may be opportunities for improvement
  • This will be a time of vulnerability and honesty, as you share with me your story and lifestyle
  • I will learn both your health history and how your day to day looks (what you eat, how you exercise, your work/life balance, health of relationships, stress levels, sleep, etc.)
  • Together we will identify barriers and challenges to overcoming health difficulties, and begin to work toward making small realistic goals

In the following sessions we will track and reflect on the goals we have created. Depending on our discussions this is when we will adapt and make changes as needed and continue to improve on your goals.
